Mr. Drumi Gandhi, Managing Director – Mutual Engineering Pvt Ltd, is responsible for its over all activity and plays a strategic role in Mutual Automotive as a Board member. He is armed with a degree in Engineering and a post graduate Diploma in Financial Management

Mr S Ramachandran is Executive Director at Mutual Automotive and heads the Engineering, Project Management and Business Excellence division. He has almost four decades of experience in the manufacturing domain and has been associated with Mutual group since 1987, handling various portfolios across our different locations. He has been an integral part of the growth story at Mutual. Before joining Mutual he was associated with Xerox Corporation, Tobu Industries Ltd, Controls and Switchgear Company Ltd and Steriware Industries Ltd.

It is his constant endeavor to support the team at Mutual with his knowledge and expertise in the field of manufacturing and business excellence.

He believes in constantly upskilling himself with latest technologies in order to support the organization and to build a team of adept professionals with the requisite technical knowledge in the manufacturing domain with a quest for excellence in all their endeavours.

He stresses that Commitment, Sincerity, Integrity, Dedication, Co-operation and Passion are the main drivers in any business. It is his vision to see Mutual recognized as an innovative organization that is socially committed and strives for growth in a challenging environment.

Mr Dharmendra Gandhi is the Managing Director of Mutual Automotive Pvt Ltd, with experience spanning of over 4 decades. Mr. Dharmendra, a graduate in Commerce, along with Mr. J.M Gandhi co-founded Mutual Industries Ltd in 1979 with a vision to provide the industry with innovative state-of-the-art manufacturing solutions in engineered polymer based components, systems and related services. Being a technocrat, under his guidance, Mutual has always been a pioneer in technology, bringing the latest and newest automations and manufacturing know how. Mutual’s manufacturing facilities has been installed with cutting edge manufacturing solutions across India as well as an engineering and development centre in Mumbai. He strongly believes that modern manufacturing is backed by two strong forces – passion for quality and unrelenting innovation. His constant endeavor is to promote growth of Mutual group through strategic initiatives.

Mr Dharmendra Gandhi is also a travel aficionado, he tries to learn new cultures, and of course new business opportunities or technologies to bring back to Mutual.

Mr. Uchit Gandhi is a Post-graduate in Commerce from Narsee Monjee college of Commerce and Economics along with a Diploma in Industrial Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. He has built a depth of expertise in Business Development and Customer Relations in a career spanning close to 15 years. He is of the belief that Mutual is just the right sized company in the field of polymers and has tremendous potential for growth both in India and abroad.

Mr Uchit Gandhi has been a front runner in the company’s new technology additions and has played a crucial role in the implementation of various fully automated and robotic decoration and painting technologies at Mutual.

With the right blend of experience and young talent in its resource pool, Uchit envisages the company to emerge as an end-to-end solution provider across industry verticals and market segments with products and applications created out of lightweight plastics and composites on mass scale technologies

After excelling at his BSc in Engineering Entrepreneurship, Engineering Leadership & Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, Mr Hemit Gandhi joined Mutual in 2011 as a trainee, learning the ropes from ground up. He wanted to further his education in the field of management so he joined Postgraduate Program in Family Managed Business from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research in Mumbai where he could implement his new learning in work simultaneously.

Mr Hemit Gandhi focused on the non-automotive vertical of the business, adding various technologies and value added services for industries like Automotive, Material Handing, Mass Transit (Railway & Buses), Medical, Earth Moving & Farm Equipments etc. Mutual has always been a pioneer in technology, bringing the latest and newest automations and manufacturing know how, and Mr Hemit Gandhi has always been at the forefront of these new additions to the company. His current portfolio includes, Finance, Administration, Infrastructure and IT and New Strategic Business Opportunities. He is a believer in the process of continuous learning, delivering expertise and excellence in thought. He also believes in fulfilling aspirations of all stakeholders as equal and valuable contributors towards nation building.

A passionate businessman, Mr Hemit Gandhi balances his work life with travelling and a variety of adventure sports, including skiing, sky diving, trekking and many more, and always looks for new thrilling sports to try his hands at.

Mr Bharat Gandhi, has over 4 decades of hands on experience in the engineering polymer based component manufacturing industry. He joined Mutual in 1979 as a shop floor manager and currently, is responsible for the overall operations of the company including administration, overall manufacturing, vendor development, purchase and commercials.

He believes in establishing an inclusive culture that focuses on driving results with values as mandate. He assists his team to put their best foot forward to meet customer expectation on Speed with Quality & Stay competitive in Business. He enjoys working with young team by mentoring and inspiring them for development of personal and organizational growth.
